I’ve been bored and stagnant with my dumbbell wrist curls and wanted to up my game a bit. I’ve never had a forearm pump like this attached to a Voltra. Gonna turn into popeye with this thing! Get one!

The JD GYM Equipped Wrist Roller is one of my favorite accessory pieces. It definitely is a bit niche and is a bit more on the costly side. However, the price is backed up by the overall build quality especially from a smaller shop. The performance, design, packaging, and overall attention to detail are exceptional. The knurling is a bit aggressive, but comfortable once you get used to it. Pretty much everything feels premium in use, and I love that it is all stainless steel. One of my favorite things about it is the ability to connect directly to my Rep Ares weight stack which enhances the usage and allows for constant resistance for both the roller and the supination/pronation function.

The XA aggressiveness option on the knurling is perfect, no chalk needed
I get this piece is a bit niche, but when combined with a voltra it’s better than any wrist roller machine I’ve used

I love this. I really like the wrist pronation handle. I have the 5/8" version and use it with a loading pin. I think with the 5/8" attachment pin, there's inherently a little wobble, but it causes no issue during use. It has been a great addition.

Fantastic wrist roller that is also rack mounted. Paired with Voltra makes for a great forearm killer. Also unique in that it has a pronation handle.

I love mine! Definitely do not recommend getting the aggressive knurling for this item. Pairs awesome w voltra
