Works well and its worth the exhaustive training. Bag I have is the 125lbs to 200lbs sandbag and is adaptable to 4 50lbs bag inserts that go into it... Sand or stone required I opted for sand and let me tell you using sandbags is brutal for workouts so I commend those that implement these workouts in everyday training now because I live in Canada and winter is long and brutal I switch my training style during seasons so I use this sandbag every other day outdoors and absolutely love it and paid just over 80$ and still lasts till this day...
