You will not load much weight on this bad boy but you sure will sweat. This is an awesome adjunct row machine and has an excellent ROM that requires minimal weight to really stimulate your back.

I wish I could give this a higher rating on performance. Known as “the humbler” to those that attempt it, I used it at Los on Sioux Falls.
A little weight goes a looooong way on this. It engages your lats, your back, and somehow even your shoulders. Absolutely enjoyed using this.

I've used this at a local RI gym (TSP). The movement itself is nice but the machine hasn't held up really well over time. Arsenal is also very overpriced.

Tried this bad boy out at Massenomics gym. Most humbling back machine I've ever used. Solid piece feels great through the motion. Too rich for my blood though.

They don't call this the humbler for no reason. I've used this machine at multiple gyms and would love to have a similar piece of equipment if I had the space.

Performance would be 10 stars if there's an option. You can find cheaper versions out there. Build quality is pretty good, but there's a couple minor things that I wonder how they might hold up in the long run. But I still haven't come across another back machine I like better than this one!
