This thing is great. Adds rigidity to 4 post racks as a stabilizing crossmember and gets my ABX centered (mostly) which was a huge annoyance I had setting up. There’s actually way more applications for it to use as a dip setup, additional platforms (super expensive), or other ways to use a non-bolted crossmember. Unfortunately it’s heavy that the practicality isn’t there. I want to use it on my smith setup at the front of my rack too but I honestly haven’t just because of the extra setup of moving the member.

Having this is a fantastic way to feed my gym OCD by making sure I'm always centered. I don't have the spotter platforms for it, but it never gets in the way for squats or other work in the rack.

Best way to have a dedicated bench location in a rack. It's a bit too heavy to move around regularly. I keep mine in the back of my 30" 4 post. I can still comfortably walk out a squat with our hitting it.
