Bought 150ft rope for a truck pull event in our Strongman competition. Because it was so long I had to order it from a rope manufacturer, I've never had so many rope splinters then after that comp 😅

Ratings are subjective here as it depends what you're doing with it and where you bought. Generally these things kick your ass to the point where I'd rather avoid them :)

I use this rope set up to simulate a endless rope, although it does end, but its a cheap work around. The loops are for climbing and can be moved around the rack to change resistance and direction of pull

Go to the hardware store to see what types of rope they can cut for you. Depending on what you’re looking for for texture etc. We’ve used ours a good bit but not much as of late. The kids grew up using it all the time in the gym. Worth the money and effort to install it just for that reason.

A good thick rope is a very versatile and functional addition to any strongman gym.

Got a rope from a closing down F45. Already had the ring on one end so it’s good for both drags and battling.

I found a 160’ 2” rope on FBMP that used to be used on a Navy boat. Cut it in half to be used for truck pulls. It is pretty challenging to find a good length of rope for truck pulls so I recommend taking to the used market. 2” is a comfortable size for pull rope.
