
Safety Squat Yoke Bar 2.0
The Safety Squat Yoke Bar is easier on the shoulders and wrists than a standard Olympic barbell. This bar allows you to really focus on lower body strength and keeps the torso at an upright position for a deeper squat. Padded shoulder braces and rubber-gripped handles will help you utilize a sturdy grip on the bar. The Safety Squat Yoke Bar has been redesigned to feature an offset angle between the handles and the sleeves. The previous iteration of this bar placed the handles and sleeves on the same plane. Now, the handles are angled compared to where the plates are held, thereby keeping the load on the centerline of your body when squatting while the handles stay in position on your shoulders.
