This is one piece that I miss about commercial gyms. Sure, I can acheive this movement with a dumbell but there is something about this machine that hits different. My gym simply does not have the room for this and even if I did, I couldn't see myself buying one because it is very expensive for one singular movement but holy moly is this piece amazing.

After about a month of using this, I just had to get rid of it. If you're a dude, this piece is not for you. There is no split or as I'd like to call a "d**k canyon" so your kibbles and bits are sure as heck to get smashed to holy hell. It was stable enough to get the job done but not worth your boys getting smushed.

I got these new from a local fitness equipment store that was closing for super cheap. I think I paid like a dollar for this. I wasn't in the market for anything like this but I figured the multiple hook points can provide some variability. It's not the best attachment but it works well for unilateral work. Also, the multiple attachment points will accomodate varying cable lengths. The design is fine but it feels pretty flimsy while using it.

These are great especially if you love pull ups and chins but hate the elbow pain. I highly recommend this product for all you tennis/golf elbow sufferers.

This is great piece of equipment and fortunately, I'm the only one that's using this. The reason why I'm pointing this out is because I can see how this piece of equipment won't be right for someone bigger. I'm five foot seven at a 165 pounds and even at this weight, the hyper moves around a bit. It's not a huge deal and it doesn't affect the performance but I can see how someone bigger than me or if I were to add weight to this movement, it would be a deal breaker in purchasing this. The build quality isn't the best but it's good enough to execute its intended purpose.
