These are great especially if you love pull ups and chins but hate the elbow pain. I highly recommend this product for all you tennis/golf elbow sufferers.

Normal pull-ups and then even chin-ups started hurting my elbows. Using these allows neutral grip chin-ups. Elbow pain gone. I can still do straight leg/body chin-ups using these on my rack (me short), and it's a stable pull point so good for power/strength. However, I do prefer using rings for this now. Even more freedom of movement, and while I have to bend my knees - not ideal, it just feels better. Non-stable pull point using rings is a pro/con. Try both!

Got these on sale for BF. I don’t really use them for much but took advantage of the price. Not crazy about the product.

These are a nice option for chest supported barbell rows to get more ROM and pull with a neutral grip. Also good for pullups if you only have a straight bar

Nice handles. They allow for pulling movements using a neutral grip. They seem durable and they serve their purpose

Got these to throw on my pullup bar for a neutral grip option and they work great. At some point I will get around to trying them out as cable attachments also because I'm sure there are movements that they would work well for. Relatively cheap but feel sturdy and the design makes them easy to instantly put on the bar but feel completely secure that they will hold your weight.

Lightweight, cheap, and removable. Almost infinitely adjustable width and doesn’t mark up your pull-up bar. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for an angle grip that can switch from supinate to pronate.
