Really like this for it being exactly what you would need for arm lifting competion practice. This is a standard size of 3x4. The weight is good on it. I like the finish and it can hold chalk well. Price is good. It was done and shipped quickly. I like that this one is rackable and makes it easier for storage and loading and unloading etc.
