Seal Row Bar

This is yet another purchase I made on the basis of Gym Radar's glowing reviews! I was tired of the DIY set up for chest supported rows and decided it was time to get a specialty bar dedicated for that purpose. Given that it's from Titan, the build quality is surprisingly good. Based on the comments made in the reviews below, there seems to have been an evolution in the bar, e.g. mine weighs just a tad over 50 lbs empty, whereas some reviewers mention the empty bar weighing 60 lbs. The knurling is definitely "there," but by no means aggressive. It feels like what an aggressive knurling would feel like after it's been filled in with thick powder coat. The bar is solid - literally - and will likely survive generations. The special bent handles allow for full ROM during chest supported row movements, which is what I wanted. Whether it will be worth the purchase depends on how much one values chest supported/ seal rows. For this is a "one trick pony," albeit one that performs the trick really well.

I’m really impressed with this bar. Really the only one like it that I’ve come across. And the price is really low for the build quality. The knurling is perfect on this thing for pulling. It does only have one function but it does that one thing very well.

Underrated bar that is solid and does what it needs to do. I like it for several reasons. First, great knurling and I can get great range of motion. Second, shorter bar but weighs in at 60 pounds unloaded. Third, very solid and no frills. I use it with a modified seal row set up inside my power rack (not shown here in picture). It's great.

Very underrated bar from tian. This is by far my favorite seal row bar on the market an no one talks about it. It’s just solid steel with bent handles welded to it. Nothing fancy, but it does the job very well. 60lbs start weight. The knurling (texturing) is actually pretty good. Unlike using cambered bars for seal rows, this actually allows you to get a full ROM without even coming close to hitting your bench. And for $150 you really can’t afford not to.
