Terrific seated leg curl. There are some better options for a bit less (prime), but overall this is a great piece and you can get a terrific initial stretch.

I think they definitely were going for the Hamtractor look here with this very tilted back seat angle. I honestly liked the machine a lot, it gave a great stretch at end range, the stack was plenty heavy enough, and the adjustability was good. Very well built but again very expensive because it's a big name brand, but obviously not as expensive as a Hamtractor
