By far the best D handles we have ever used! Great quality as well.

Smooth, solid, great grip, reasonably priced. Top notch all around.

Love these handles. The best part about these is definitely their overall height. Lets you attach them to something like a gym pin holes bar and they don’t hang too low

Love these things, hard to beat them for the price if you like the handle size. I have these and trakhandles with the thicker JD replacements. This gives me alternatives depending on what I am doing when I need a handle.

I take this with me frequently to work because we have a small gym there and those handles suck. It's a common and simple design but I can really feel the difference between these and the plastic house handles.

Far superior to the standard metal D-Handles you find in commercial gyms. The 25mm are great for lighter weights and if you use straps. The thinner handle helps here. The 28.5mm version would be my ideal diameter but I'm not a fan of the knurling on the Aluminium handles. Like the Socket Pullup Bar, Rogue's knurling seems to differ from product to product. The 32mm stainless steel handles are grip work for me (small hands). But the knurling on these is perfect IMHO so no issues with heavy grip work there. I do wish Rogue offered stainless steel for all sizes, and offered this and colours as standard options. Having to buy handles just to swap them out seems a waste to me.

Rogue D handles are a staple for any cable setup. They work for rows, curls, flyes, and presses, and allow for great range of motion on single-arm movements. The knurling provides a solid grip without being too aggressive. Basic attachment but absolutely essential.

Rogue Fitness Single Handle Cable Attachments are really nice and I love that you can change the diameter of the handles and colors. Great D-handles Rogue.

These were my go-to handles for most cable exercises for a long time and I still find some uses for them. I actually really like the narrow diameter as it allows for more clearance of the handle when doing flys specifically. If you don’t want to splurge on TrakHandles, this is the next best option. These are still not cheap though.

Once the handles are changed to the larger grips they are the best D handles I’ve used. I do wish they just came that way.
