This is the BoS light commercial rack version of the split squat roller, so it’s pretty much my only option since my uprights are 2.3” x 2.3”. I don’t really have many complaints- it’s comfortable and works for what I use it for. It’s slightly annoying to move around, but that’s only if you need to move it around, which I don’t do a ton. I use this primarily for split squats, which is SO MUCH BETTER than using a bench and smashing your foot. I also use these for Nordic curls and it holds my feet down- it’s a sweet hack to get another leg day exercise. I just elevate my feet with a pad underneath and it works great. It does have the typical messy welds from BoS, but it’s totally functional and safe.

I have what looks like an older version (still comes with the Nordic Curl package at time of writing) with a different attachment method. That being said, it still locks in solid without the need for spacers or wedges, and it works great for a variety of exercises. If you see one floating around on FB Marketplace you should definitely snatch it up.

One of the only 5/8” options that don’t take up 6” of rack space. They’re pretty good leg rollers. I don’t feel any flex while using them. They’re convenient to use but padding could be better

Got 2 two of these to attempt using for a makeshift 45 degree back extension, and possibly leg holders for lay pulldowns. Chose these because they were the only 5/8” leg roller attachment I could find that didn’t have a huge bracket taking up a lot of space on the upright. They feel like very good quality, good shipping, good price. Recently actually tried the 45 degree back extension application and it was alright. Could potentially use a more beefed up pad, but I need to dial in the set up a little better and I put a yoga mat around the leg roller on my thighs and that helped. Using two for a lat pull down leg holder set up isn’t perfect either but could work. There’s just a gap between the two
