I had this piece all for 1 day and returned it (fortunately for free through Amazon). Since you can only safely pull about 70% of your body weight, it is a little ridiculous. You you add more, the entire platform will “walk/slide” forward toward weight stack. Secondly, you have to start in the bottom of the movement which is not ideal. Thirdly, the belt they give you, which has a seatbelt buckle, is uncomfortable. And last but not least, if you ever forget to unclip and just step off the platform, even with single foot, the platform will go flying forward. I was contemplating adding some weight plate pegs to increase working weight, but I found out at the time of my return and after contacting company that they were releasing a “Pro” version in the next quarter with larger platform, weight horns and a T grip stabilizing bar. All improvements but still not enabling heavier belt squats. It’s a practical piece for a gym with functional trainer and lack of space for light belt squat, and if doing good mornings with lighter weight.

Great concept. Poor execution. Cable attaches to low row or you can rig up a band for resistance. Unfortunately, unless you use very light weight the platform will slide towards whatever you attached its cable too. This is on professional, rubber, gym flooring. Also, there is no method to hold the cable up, like kickstands on some other belt squads, so it is a pain to hook into your belt. Product is well built and I believe that they have now offered an improved version. For somebody who is flexible enough to easily clip into the cable and who doesn't need a lot of weight this could be a great addition to your gym. Just doesn't work for me.
