Squat Handle Pair - Monster Lite

Rogue Squat Handles are sold as a pair and are designed exclusively for use with our Monster Lite line of racks and rigs. Adjustable to any height using the included detent pins, these 6" (handle) long, 1.25" (handle) diameter handles offer athletes greater stability on safety squats, reducing stress on the shoulders and triceps while maintaining a straight spine. By keeping your hands in front of you, it also becomes easier to sit back through the movement and shift the focus to the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
