I sat on these for years (because the price just seemed silly) before finally buying a complete set. I use them with clients on a regular basis & have found that people get more out of the stretches done with these than a lot of mobility work. They are not the same as PVC - these are designed to bend & that's part of the deal - many stretches require you to push/pull against the stick, which creates more muscle engagement (vs a passive stretch).

The audacity to ask $277 for these. These people must not know PVC pipe exists

I honestly don’t know what I was thinking when I bought them, they’re literally just sticks that you’re supposed to use to stretch. You can just as easily use a pvc pipe or something similar to get the job done. I will say that they are high quality, and when I do use them they are good for mobility exercises. If you go to the stick mobility website they have a ton of helpful videos as well.
