I have the high and low pulleys. They have add a tone of exercises to my home gym and do work well. The only draw back is that if using a 45lb plate it can swing enough to bump your rack. I just make sure to not us plates any bigger than a 35. I have upgrade the pulleys but mainly for the look and not function.

They're fine for the cost and technically work, but could definitely be improved. The good: I haven't had any issues with the pulleys wobbling and it's a really smooth pull. For the sole purpose of high/low cable exercises, it's fine. The not great parts: the top pulley that mounts inside the rack is just barely long enough to use full sized plates (45's, bumper plates) without the plates hitting the horizontal support at the bottom of the rack. The moment there is a small amount of sway, the plates slam into the rack. There is nothing keeping the cable in the pulley wheels so you may need to adjust between sets based on your setup. Overall it's not bad for a budget friendly option, but it will definitely get replaced once I have the space or the budget.
