A high quality execution of a very simple and versatile design. Paired with D-handles of choice, the Longy is useful for a huge variety of cable and landmine movements. The main pitfall to look out for is the overall height once assembled with handles. For example, on my original lat pulldown setup, the longy+carabiners+d-handles hung down low enough that I could not get a good stretch at the top of the movement. This isn't an issue with the bar overall but rather a limitation that some buyers may need to keep in mind if they are using setups with more limited ROM.

I think the Longy bar is the most well done banana LONGER connecter point clip that’s out there. I know they offer different versions like metal and stainless steel and it’s really cool. The post holes and attention to the detail make it really smooth when using other handles and caribeaners. It’s cool that can also be used on the landline as well. You don’t see that from a lot of other ones, so the additional functionality of a landline with able to connect D handles or other type of handles and various locations makes it really appealing for a cable machine and for landline and T- bars rows. Also feel like it has more functionality than something like the Kleva built atlas attachment and it’s easier to store. Also, just like all the other Darko products it’s awesome He let you select your colours on the logo and the plastic area for additional customization

The Longy Bar is probably one of the most versatile pieces in my cable attachment collection. I like being able to change handles and grip positions instead of being locked into whatever grip a traditional lat bar gives you. I use it mostly for pulldowns and rows, and being able to experiment with different widths and handles makes it feel like several attachments in one. If you already have a collection of cable handles, the Longy gives you a lot more ways to use them.

The Darko Longy gives me a longy every time I use it, which is a stark contrast with the shorty that the Ironmaster ultimate row handle gave me (the product that the Longy replaced).

This is under hyped as a lat pull down bar when paired with the D-Grips. It’s the perfect width for my natural shoulder position on lat pull downs and the grips are comfy. Very versatile for a home gym and can be used for landmine movements, connecting cable stacks, etc. I also have a Rep lat pull down bar I may sell because this fills that role and more. Also lighter in weight.

Super versatile. I mostly use it as a lat pulldown bar with the D-Grips, but also have enjoyed attaching various handles to it. Only downside is that when you do that it takes up some height, so range of motion may be a limitation.

This bar solved a problem I struggled with for quite some time. I kept trying to figure out a stable way to connect both sides of my functional trainer. This piece fit perfectly from side-to-side, and opened a lot of new training options for me. Well done!

Ultra versatile, I use it in conjunction with my Rot8 handles. It is a bit heavy, I would love to see an aluminum version.
