Between the sheer thickness (2 full inches in diameter) and being 3D-printed, I find these to be best if you're specifically looking for grip training and forearm engagement. When using these grips on lat pulldowns and similar movements, the bottleneck on failure will be my grip every time rather than my back. As long as that's understood, they're a solid addition to the longy/shorty bar. I was worried about how well they'd stay attached, but they're actually surprisingly solid in that regard.

A high quality execution of a very simple and versatile design. Paired with D-handles of choice, the Longy is useful for a huge variety of cable and landmine movements. The main pitfall to look out for is the overall height once assembled with handles. For example, on my original lat pulldown setup, the longy+carabiners+d-handles hung down low enough that I could not get a good stretch at the top of the movement. This isn't an issue with the bar overall but rather a limitation that some buyers may need to keep in mind if they are using setups with more limited ROM.

A very simple idea and very versatile product. When I was originally building my gym, I didn't want to commit to any wall mounts for storage as I wasn't confident in the layout. The Darko Dock (along with an Anchor) allowed me to store all of my barbells on the rack itself while also keeping them up and out of the way when not in use. I have stored regular barbells and an axle bar on the dock. I appreciate that the dock has extra mounting holes to make it as versatile as possible in terms of placement on the rack. I also love that I was able to order different colored liners between the frame and the hooks, allowing me to be very particular about the aesthetic.

The anchor is an incredibly good product. Great solution for storing bars that takes advantage of space that is otherwise unused and wasted. Allows me to store my SSB inside the rack while also keeping it up and out of the way; even with my short 80" rack I don't bump into the SSB while the handles are swung up on top of the pullup bar. This was one of the earliest accessories I purchased for my gym and I doubt I'll ever stop using it.

The community's original go-to mount for a reason, this is as simple and versatile as it gets. Extremely quick to swap between positions on a rack (or machines that use 3x3 tubing), at the cost of a minor amount of play which can be reduced via shims. It does feel a bit expensive for what it is, especially in comparison to some of the newer options on the market. But certainly it's a flexible mount that will always have plenty of uses.
