I'd skip these unless you can get them for about $10. the plastic is slippery and doesn't feel great. they are a pain in the ass to put on but they do stay put. they should develop a similar product but just a thin tpu block you slide a slotted steel handle onto after installation. ok in a pinch but i don't use them.

Between the sheer thickness (2 full inches in diameter) and being 3D-printed, I find these to be best if you're specifically looking for grip training and forearm engagement. When using these grips on lat pulldowns and similar movements, the bottleneck on failure will be my grip every time rather than my back. As long as that's understood, they're a solid addition to the longy/shorty bar. I was worried about how well they'd stay attached, but they're actually surprisingly solid in that regard.

Not a bad offering from Darko so you can integrate a different grip configuration for the shorty/longy bars. Difficult to get on and off especially when new but they have held up very well given the short time I’ve owned them. Knurling and grip feel is sufficient.

Paired with shorty bar. Grips are great. Works well to get added depth with landmine rows or height restrictions for lat pulldowns.

I bought these with my shorty bar, I like the grips so much, I am debating getting a longy bar for them to live on more often. They can be a bit stiff on and off the bar

These handles are beefy. I'm not always the biggest fan of 3D print for grips but this softer TPU material has a nice feel to it and is perfect for this application. Having them positioned on the outsides is a little narrow for lat pulldowns on the shorty bar (I have fairly long arms) but feels amazing for pullovers. They'd work great for lat pulldowns on the Longy Bar.

Must have if you have a longy bar. Makes this thing perfect to use for lat pull downs. They’re thick and made of a comfortable material. The knurl id say is mediumish

I love using these with my Longy bar, to the point where I'm considering buying a second bar so I can leave them permanently set up. My only complaint (related to the possible desire for a second bar) is that moving them between the holes of the bar, or taking them off and putting them on generally, can be more of a hassle than I would like.

These grips surprised me. I wasn't sure how well they would hold on my Longy Bar, but they feel great and hold firmly on it.
