These are great, nice mix of characteristics, they’re really short so they behave like an eclipse grip or an egg weight but the texture is something different, like an avocado skin. I like them and use them for my isolateral work pretty often, probably didn’t need to buy two.

I think these are alright, every once in a while if my back is extra tight and chewed up I’ll roll around on these, they hold up and I’m not a small person, some might say I’m Big. The channel is nice, they have some give to them. If you need your back cracked these will do it, if they won’t, I suggest putting a weight plate on your chest for a little extra umph.

Bought this for my wife, used it a couple times myself, she loves it, I can see why, I’m debating picking up the full sized Colorado bar for myself. Nice knurling, not too aggressive, cool end caps, durable coating

This thing is exactly what you want, it’s inexpensive, durable, comfortable to use. I’m not sure how you could improve it honestly, these don’t need to be overthought.

These are an awesome way to add a carabiner to your rack for rigging all kinds of things, that said I wish they were 1/4” longer with a slightly longer slot, it would allow a larger range of things to clip in.
