These are great, nice mix of characteristics, they’re really short so they behave like an eclipse grip or an egg weight but the texture is something different, like an avocado skin. I like them and use them for my isolateral work pretty often, probably didn’t need to buy two.
I think these are alright, every once in a while if my back is extra tight and chewed up I’ll roll around on these, they hold up and I’m not a small person, some might say I’m Big. The channel is nice, they have some give to them. If you need your back cracked these will do it, if they won’t, I suggest putting a weight plate on your chest for a little extra umph.
Bought this for my wife, used it a couple times myself, she loves it, I can see why, I’m debating picking up the full sized Colorado bar for myself. Nice knurling, not too aggressive, cool end caps, durable coating
This thing is exactly what you want, it’s inexpensive, durable, comfortable to use. I’m not sure how you could improve it honestly, these don’t need to be overthought.
These are an awesome way to add a carabiner to your rack for rigging all kinds of things, that said I wish they were 1/4” longer with a slightly longer slot, it would allow a larger range of things to clip in.
I feel like these pins are the perfect amount of magnetic hold, I have some others that feel like they are going to fall out of the rack and some that feel welded on. No complaints here.
This is a nice piece and I like the design, adds something interesting and unique into the gym. Comfortable to use, if I had to critique, I wish the groove was a touch deeper to prevent the cable from leaving the track if you get a little off axis, and I wish the cam was a bit longer, the strength curve abruptly changes as you run out of cam at the end of the rotation. These are minor problems though. I recommend this if rotational strength is important to you.
I like the stretch you get with this particular grip. It’s a MAG so the quality is there. It’s adds a bit of extra bicep into pulling movements for me, if I don’t plan to target biceps individually on a pull day I use this grip to feel it a bit.
