MAG Close Grip Supinate

I like the stretch you get with this particular grip. It’s a MAG so the quality is there. It’s adds a bit of extra bicep into pulling movements for me, if I don’t plan to target biceps individually on a pull day I use this grip to feel it a bit.

I'm not sure how worth the cost that these are but I'll say this, I've had mine for 15 years and they have survived years of abuse in a college weightroom. The grippyness is less good than it was but they are still in good shape to use. These are worth purchasing if you like support USA made businesses. I likey.

The Close Grip Supinated Handle has been a great addition. I have stiff wrists. Therefore, the supination feels more natural, and Coles is less strain on my wrists. I would highly recommend this handle for any home gym.

It feels wonderful for rows and pulldowns. My back tires before my grip. Yes, it's expensive and cheaper copies exist but when possible, I like to support the original.

Yes they are expensive and yes you can buy knockoffs. I have used both and the original just hits different. Very beefy. I think they are worth the extra money. I prefer the pronated version over supinated. If I do too much with supinated it irritates my elbow. Especially at higher load. Though it is a nice one to work in at times.

MAG Close Grip Supinate is a great attachment and is the original designer of this product. I just wish the would run sales sometime. They never do and the have been knocked off dy so many different brands

Same review as all my others on MAG. But I do love the added stretch I get with the narrow grip! Bonus use - curls from a cable machine!
