A nice upgrade over the straight bar that comes with the rack. The powder coat is a little slick so I put tape on to help with that. But other than that its great.

Enables me to do pull-ups without bending my legs a bunch. With a little athletic tape the grip is improved, otherwise a little slick for a pull-up bar. Not very expensive either.

It worked fine as far as a multi grip pull-up bar goes. Very basic bar and plain powder coat on the bar. It was good for helping stabilize the rack and hang ab straps from with a side of pull-ups.
