This is a great wrist rotation option. This is 3d printed with some sort of carbon component that makes this a bit stronger than standard 3d printed items. The handles can be changed very quickly with the very thoughtful design. There are a handful of handle/grip options. My favorite grip options are the 2"/50mm, then the two saxon sizes.
Jamie is a cool guy who is also a home gym nerd and seems to be very responsive to suggestions for existing and new products as he is churning out new products often.
