Outstanding piece! If you're grip-curious, this would be a great gateway cable attachment to add. It's similar to the V Roller, but more of that hammer/neutral grip and pinching. Where I love to have this and the V roller is when my triceps tendons do not feel totally recovered from first pressing day of the week and I can grab these where I cannot move as much weight anyway because so much more emphasis on the hands and wrists. Yeah, cannot beat AAS build quality and how reasonably priced his stuff is for American steel and labor.

It's hard to imagine chest day without this bar. I've also used it for shoulder pressing, rows, and arm work. It rests very comfortably on your chest and can be flipped over for a block press as well, also super comfortable to do so. It has quite aggressive 40mm handles that can adjust to I believe four different angles at each width option so you can find the sweet spot every time, with quick adjustment too. There is a little play in the handles but once you unrack it, it is completely stable. Pricey bar, but it takes the place of 3+ bars and you only have to store one. I think the general lifter will love this. I also see someone with shoulder trouble loving this bar also to find the widths and angles that work best for the user. Super unique piece here, super enjoyable to use. The gents behind the brand are great guys too. I recommend it!

Versatile and smooth cable attachment here from a smaller builder in TN. They offer textured black and red, or you can get knurled grips. They can do some eye catching paint jobs too, so definitely ask if you have something in mind. Arms, back and front delts are the main movements with this attachment. The swivel point in the middle really makes a difference on arm movements. I believe they have a bushing in here so it is quiet and smooth. I own several cable attachments from RMW and this one might be my favorite so far.

This is a great wrist rotation option. This is 3d printed with some sort of carbon component that makes this a bit stronger than standard 3d printed items. The handles can be changed very quickly with the very thoughtful design. There are a handful of handle/grip options. My favorite grip options are the 2"/50mm, then the two saxon sizes. Jamie is a cool guy who is also a home gym nerd and seems to be very responsive to suggestions for existing and new products as he is churning out new products often.

I really enjoy these plates. I find them very useful for grip work and vertical loading pins so you can fit a lot on there. I also enjoy them on my leg extension/curl because I was running out of room on there with my deep dish plates. I use them on my Porter PhysEd Hell Box for belt squats so plenty of space on the horns. Little looser tolerance on the center hole, but that hasn't bothered me in use. I dig the handles, US made, small company ran by Brian who is a great guy and big supporter of HGC and the competitions. I'm very happy to have my WIO plates. You can get paint markers and fill in the text if you want. I am very happy with how mine turned out and ties them together better as I have mismatch colors.
