The uniquely portable set includes a pair of 8' long nylon straps and two rubber-coated, steel-core handles measuring 1.5” in diameter. For set-up, simply adjust the buckle to a desired length, slide the strap-loop through the center of a plate (45LB, 100LB, whatever your preference), and pull the handle up through the loop. Repeat the process with the second strap, and you've got a functional farmer’s walk tool that fits in a gym bag and works great for use among multiple athletes.
