It works well for quick muscle relief and is super easy to use, especially on smaller spots. It’s a bit limited for deeper work or bigger areas, so I don’t end up using it all that much.

Used this (or one very similar in the past, its been a while) works well with some bodyparts or if you're someone not used to massages or any sort of body tempering, but if you regularly use a foam roller orPVC pipe it might not do much for you
