Ultra Leg Extension
The powerful Ultra Leg Extension tones and builds quad muscles with efficient, comfortable movements. A self-adjusting tibia pad makes it easy for anyone to find a comfortable position, while a contoured knee pad provides optimal cushioning behind the user’s knee on every rep. Angled seat and back pads encourage full quadriceps contraction, and a clearly marked pivot encourages correct knee alignment. Thumb-switch controls and an ergonomically sculpted adjustment handle make it easy for users to get started.

I did not enjoy this at all. Range of motion is lacking and the leg roller does notice in so it moves around during use sometimes. S

Used in a commercial gym recently with a full Matrix line. I typically do my leg extensions with a single leg to keep any imbalances at bay, so the stack was plenty heavy for that. The range of motion could have been a bit better, which was inhibited a bit by the edge of the pad which goes under your knees. You ideally want that as close as you can comfortably get to the crease of the back of your leg or else it gets pretty rough on the patella tendon

Matrix Ultra Leg Extension is a well built machine that does the job.
