It's been a nice addition. I stopped using my kadillac bar after getting this bar as I just like it better. I use it for a bunch of exercises from curls, rows, presses.
My only real gripe is that I wish the gap was a little bigger as my hips are wider than the opening so I can't take advantage of that extra ROM.
