The viking press handles are bolted together not welded like other viking press bars out there but is sturdy enough. There is enough space in between for your head. The handles are thick like an axle bar and wish it was knurled so makes the bar slippery if your sweating. The issue I have is the tightening knob is small and feels like it's going to break when you crank it down to tighten it... It was not worth the hype at first hahaha but maybe after this review I will use it abit and put it away lmao...
