I have the 9" and the discontinued 15" weight horn. Well made.

The 9'' weight sleeves are strong but light. They are threaded on the ends. They work very effectively.

The horns attach easily and work like you think they would. The are only useful if you planning on using things other than barbells for your VTS, so the usefulness will vary from person to person. I don’t use them often but other people do.
