Nice attachment for the VTS it keeps the starting weight down and is fun to use.

Featherlite bar is the second best way to use the VTS. It is lighter than using a standard barbell.

Lightweight like the name implies and the knurling is good enough. Fits easily into my VTS and the hooks fit onto it easily. It’s a great option for Voltra users since you won’t have plates to load. If no Voltra, you’ll need the added weight horns attached to your VTS, and at that point, you might as well attach a normal barbell. I would only consider this if you have dual Voltras.
