After opening wall and building some backing behind the drywall, I mounted two of these to attach both of my Stroops Son Of The Beast elastic straps to as well my 2” thick Battle Rope. With 4 bolts, these things aren’t going anywhere. And that’s important because each Stroop puts about 105lb of repeated pulling tension on the wall mount.
