This is an awesome addition to any gym that has a weight stack. I haven't used it with bands but I'm sure it works well with those too. Great for absolutely blasting your hips and glutes. Rotational work is what I got this for - primarily rotational resistance, and it has helped a ton with my golf swing. If you're a rotational/throwing athlete of any kind, I highly recommend it!

Great for physical therapy work. I get a lot of use out of it for working the lower back stabilizers and core. Definitely not a product yourself gonna use for any bodybuilding or powerlifting purposes, and will probably require some degree of exercise knowledge to use it most effectively
