This is essentially the same one as the EliteFTS one I've used since WS makes EFTS equipment. Its definitely a heavy duty back extension and the band pegs are a nice touch, but its quite low to the ground which makes it challenging to do weighted stuff that I like to do, such as extensions holding a barbell like a deadlift, or holding plates. It was a pain having to jack up the machine with deadlift mats and blocks to make it higher
