Some machines just need to do the basic movement REALLY well, without the need for unnecessary moving parts. That’s what we’ve accomplished with our X-Press-O. This shoulder press is built with the perfect converging movement path, back pad angle, and multiple grip options that are width adjustable. Most shoulder press machines have various grip options; however, typically only one (1) of the two (2) feels right. With our width adjustment, everyone can use each and every grip option with comfort!
