Didn’t buy these to be used as safety catches. So I wouldn’t know how it will hold up to having 300 pounds dropped on it from a failed lift.
Bought these to work with the DIY ultility/seal row bench made. This would allow it to be used for box squats. Thus allowing better use of space and one less thing for my ADHD short attention span to smash my foot off of.
It fits 2x2 racks and fits 5/8” hole or with the supplied adapter 1” hole racks.
For what am using it for works well.
