About the Gym

Ill omens, sick gains. Aternatively Nemo me impune lacessit. Amontillado, anyone? Officially the coolest German gym on Gym Radar - as seen on Massenomics Podcast Episode #523! This used to be a potato cellar and later got turned into (and still is, partially) a wine cellar. The ceiling is so low that you can't do standing presses, everything's grimey all the time, you get the opportunity to befriend the resident spider colony, but the vibes alone make it all worth it. Started the home gym journey in 2016 - initially with only a squat rack, a bar, and plates, in my living room. After moving in 2022, the gym moved into an old cowshed, and then in 2023 into its current dungeon location where it will hopefully stay indefinitely.
