About the Gym

I always say "There is no place I would rather be." Started in a sketchy apartment storage unit barely bigger than two horse stall mats and have been blessed enough to turn this into a large home gym built for strength, competition, and family. As an active strongman and powerlifter competitor, I love finding creative ways to replicate events and prepare for contests. I'm always building new setups, experimenting with event training, and 3D-printing accessories to improve the gym.
