About the Gym

Custom built detached gym home. Storage rack is the Fray Fitness (RIP) savage storage shelves. Dumbells are 5-100 from Fray Fitness. KB's are pairs of 9x to 70s from GetRXd. Slam balls and medicine balls are Fray Fitness. Treadmill is a sled treadmill from Alibaba. Turf section has monkey bars hung along the ceiling to put up fun stuff for the kids to swing and climb on. One side of the loft beam has a horizontal pegboard. Rack is made of 108" REP rig uprights with 2 squat racks linked together by 72" pullup bars. Climbing ropes are 17' to the ceiling. Stairs are a custom build fold up staircase that sit flush to the wall when not in use.
