My home gym started in 2022 when a doctor off handedly said, "I see you're getting some muscle deterioration." I didn't like that one bit. And so the adventure began.

If you are of the "weight is weight" opinion, these will work fine. The handle is handy for using them for non-barbell work. They aren't proper outside diameter so deadlift with caution.

I found a set of black ones that look blend in just a bit more. They've rubbed to silver in the wear points, but have held up well otherwise.

Works fine, looks good from 20 feet. Workmanship is so so. Only enough hardware for some of the mounting holes, which i didn't notice and put extra holes in my wall. And the inside shows the ends of the bolts that hold the UHM plastic on. Not a big deal, but makes it look lower quality.

Obviously this doubles the useable weight, but I probably couldn't max it out anyway. The big advantage for me is it stores better vertically with the swan neck now. Mine isn't set at max length, but, I had to offset the swan neck to store it vertically, or the single post ran into the upright.

Works great, value is great, color matches well with Rep red and Massenomics red. A touch of play in the bearing, but I don't notice it in the workout. I would recommend to a friend.
