I really like this and use it for various things. Barbell hip thrusts, split leg elevated work, step ups, and one thing I really like to use it for is stretching. I put a heavier band around the hook in the inside and loop it over my neck to really help me get a better stretch in my hips/groin. You can also do negative KB work (and with bands) with this. Little bulky but actually quite handy. Fit and finish isn’t as good as I’d like to see but it’s still well built. If it’s good for Gunnar Peterson I guarantee it’s good enough for you.
