It’s hard to beat these for adjustable dumbbells, I got the standard set and a set of custom 2.5 inch handles which are a nice upgrade if you want something a little different. I still keep a few fixed dumbbells around, but these high-quality handles fill in the gaps in a much more affordable way. Once loaded and tightened down they have a solid, fixed dumbbell feel, which is something most adjustable sets struggle to match, and they give you some flexibility to get creative with movements as well.

It’s a simple, budget-friendly ab wheel that does exactly what you’d expect for core work, for the price, it’s a solid pick if you just want something straightforward that gets the job done.
