This is a great piece of gym equipment to add to a home gym. The cost of an ab wheel is low and the effectiveness of the exercise is quite good. I've used my ab wheel regularly for over 15 years without any issues. If a more "premium" ab wheel came onto the market, I would consider upgrading but in terms of the wheel breaking down I don't have any concerns. I would strongly suggest pairing the ab wheel with some sort of knee pad unless you're a beast who can do standing ab wheel rollouts for reps.

It’s a simple, budget-friendly ab wheel that does exactly what you’d expect for core work, for the price, it’s a solid pick if you just want something straightforward that gets the job done.

Everyday Essentials Athletic Works Dual Ab Wheel is great tried and test abdominal. The quality is just okay.

It rolls smoothly and does what it’s advertised to do. Handles are a small diameter and no padding.

Does the job. No issues and no complaints. I don't believe a more expensive one would help anything

Got this for a fair price and it works as advertised. This is a piece of equipment my son uses and I have tried at times, but I find it flares up my shoulder more than it helps my core. leaderboard low high.

Another item my son plays with more than I use. Bit it works sorta.

Works as advertised. Overall quality is good. I like the newer wide wheel designs that are available now.

i've had it for several years and I've used it a couple times per week and it doesn't show any significant signs of wear. I'm using it on rubber flooring not concrete, but I do weigh 250 pounds so there's a decent load on this thing when I'm doing ab rollouts. It might just be an inexpensive little piece of plastic, but it's built well enough for what it is for. It doesn't need to be fancy and it certainly doesn't need to be expensive in order to get the job done. If you don't want to spend any money, planks and hanging knee raises are free... but if you're looking to add just a little bit of variety to your core workout, this wheel is a great way to do it.

Does the job for ab exercise (torture) when it is needed.
