Got the stack version of this in 2025 and have really enjoyed it. I also got the rear upright at the same time, not sure I've found much value in that yet, in the right orientation for your gym I think it would be a good addition, but up against the wall I've only been able to store the leg roller on it. I found it a bit tricky for lat pulls, I'm short and found the machine was just barely tall enough. I sat on a plyo box and used the single leg roller as knee support. The setup worked but wasn't great. I ended up getting the BOS low row/lat pull tower in addition but in the plate loaded version. I'm planning to add another stack cable tower to create the functional trainer.

This was my big add piece this year (2026), I went this route when I saw you can do the plate loaded and upgrade later to the selectorized version. That’s a great upgrade path to lessen the wallet sting, so I hope BOS keeps offering this and other companies pick up on that. Thus far I like the machine and find it to be smooth enough and cable travel is not an issue for me. I may even stick with the plate loaded and scrap the upgrade, I’ve moved it twice trying to find the best spot in my gym layout and without a stack it’s really easy. The build quality is good for what you pay. I also really like the lat bar storage built in to keep the bar up out of the way.

These are nice quality carabiners, all edges are rounded nicely with no sharp edges to catch on anything. Value is mixed, they are pricey but still cheaper than some upper end recovery/climbing carabiners I was looking at on Amazon. You don’t need these but they are nice. I did find that they would NOT fit on the BOS cable tower cables or the Rogue shackles, but I’ve used these to replace everywhere else I can.

Quality bar, zero complaints. I’ve never maintained it for almost a decade and it looks fine.

I added this to my gym in 2017, there are so many more options for racks these days, but I am still happy with this rack overall. I slightly regret not going with the full Monster rack to have access to the 1" attachments but so far it hasn't been a big deal for me. I really like the bright green color I chose and overall, the powder coating has held up decently with a few rough spots from use, but this doesn't bother me at all. The rack bolted together easily, and I have taken it apart and moved it multiple times and it goes back together just as easily every time.

These were the first piece to my gym 10 years ago and they're still going strong. Never dropped but I suspect they'd be just fine. I have the 75 set and a set of the micro plates too, might need to replace one of the spindle locks as sometimes it slips but so far it stays locked in. They are a bit slow to change weights, I've timed myself at about 30 seconds to change all 4 ends, so I've began amassing smaller dumbbells up to 15 lbs. when I need them and don't want to jump back and forth changing the Ironmasters, but I'm considering purchasing a second of the handles.
