After decades of not lifting I found a passion for it again in my early 50s. What started out with buying a bench and a few dumbbells turned into filling a basement with equipment. My gym inspires me to keep training hard for health, strength and for future powerlifting meets.

Absolutely love this bar. The finish is beautiful to behold. Knurling is perfect for me offering grip but not chewing up my hands.
