The 20kg SS OPB is the only "good" bar I've used. Every time I use it, it puts a smile on face. Enough said? As others have commented, the only downside is the thinner competition style collars, which on a Rogue rack can cause some walk out issues. But, if you use sandwich J-cups and some spacer plates while you clean up your walk out, it's all good. Oh, the sleaves are also ribbed, which some may not like. Though I think the latest version has improved this.

The Stainless Steel Rogue Ohio Power Bar is my definitive daily driver for squats and bench. Because it’s raw stainless steel without a coating, the volcano knurling provides a "sticky" grip that feels secure without tearing your hands.
At 29mm and 200,000 PSI, the bar is incredibly stiff with zero whip, providing absolute stability under a heavy squat and a predictable, solid press. Despite using it multiple times a week, it still looks and performs like brand new; it is incredibly easy to clean and handles garage gym humidity with almost zero maintenance.

Really nice bar, knurl is aggressive without being sharp. Picked this up because I was really curious how it compared to my REP Black Diamond bar, and the knurl is definitely a bit more aggressive than the REP bar. Dinged it a point on value because I still think the REP bars are a better buy, it's nice that they are end to end stainless, especially since the chrome finish on Rogue's sleeves just doesn't look as nice as the chrome on a Texas Power Bar for whatever reason. Mine had a lot of excess grease leaking out of the sleeves that I had to clean up when I received it as well. Really like the bar though, has become my main bar for benching. Cool to have something in the collection with competition style thin collars as well.

A great power bar that is IPF approved, only down side is the IPF approved bars all have a very skinny collar making walk outs more difficult if using a 3x3 rack

I've had this as my daily driver since I started my gym 3.5 years ago. The sleeves chipped, and rogue sent me a replacement free of charge. Quality barbell, quality customer service. no regrets.

Great all purpose bar. Probably the perfect beginner bar for powerlifting. Recommended a gym near me (before my home gym) to get them when they were replacing old bars

Absolutely love this bar. The finish is beautiful to behold. Knurling is perfect for me offering grip but not chewing up my hands.

Have the 20kilo Ohio bar in stainless...I love this bar...the knurling is perfect for benching...the only issue I had with this bar was squat walk outs in my rack that problem was fixed with the purchase of this bars big brother the 32mm Squat bar....No bar is perfect but this is damn close...

My favorite of the 3 types of powerbars we have. The knurl never falters and is the right grippiness without tearing up your hands or back. For the price you get a lot of barbell that is worth it. Maintenance is low and cleanup fast when you chalk up.

Grippy, stiff, affordable (chef’s kiss).
The stainless steel feels so good in the hands. Squats have good grip and stiffness. It will tear up rollers.
