Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Bench Press is a great piece of equipment that is tried and true. It has been around a long time and the fact that it is still around shows the quality of the machine and the movement.

Cybex VR2 Lat Pulldown is a pretty good machine that I have used and I like that it can be used for one hand at a time. It would be nice if it had better hands that were knurled instead of rubber because over time the glue that hold the rubber down starts to deteriorate and then rubber starts sliding around.
