I love having a home gym. I have had a limited home gym since 2001 but in the last 5 years I have really embraced the idea. My home gym has grown substantially in the past 2 to 3 years. I bought a REP PR-5000 six post rack with the Aers 2.0 and the REP Arcadia Max in white.

Darko Lifting D-Nade Open Handles are an amazing lightweight open D-handles and they also work very nicely with the shorty and longy bars. If you want the to swivel you can add the swivel shackles on Amazon.

Darko Lifting D-Grips are a great addition to the shorty or longy bars. They are a little tight to get on but i think the will loosen up with use. Another premium piece from Darko.

Check out the new additions to the gym. Darko does really amazing work. These products are definitely premium pieces. On one of the reviews on gym radar someone said that the only thing that would make the Nade handles better is if they could rotate on the shorty bar. Well I have a fix. Get the swivel shackles from Amazon and now they rotate and clip on easily.

Andreoni Cable Machine Extension Set 9.75" is a good attachment to use with the Andreoni Bar and allows you get the bar in position for certain movements.

Andreoni Heavy-Duty 3.2" Iron Carabiners is a great attachment for the Andreoni Bar.
